Tobin is survived by his son, Christopher Tobin of Cold Spring; mother, Sally of Ossining; sisters, Maureen of Ossining and Kathy of Michigan; brothers, Artie of Ossining, Greg of Briarcliff; two grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
