Ossining Man Paralyzed In Metro-North Derailments To Announce Lawsuit

An Ossining man who was paralyzed from a spinal cord injury he suffered in the Dec. 1, 2013 Metro-North train derailment in the Bronx is planning to announce a lawsuit against the railroad on Wednesday, according to LoHud.com.
