OSSINING, N.Y. The town of Ossining is seeking applicants for seats on the Planning Board and the Environmental Advisory Committee. The Planning Board is seeking applications from residents of the unincorporated area for two seats expiring on Dec. 31 and a seat left vacant by the chair's resignation.
