With Metro-North service on the Harlem Line limited due to Tuesday's deadly train crash with a vehicle in Valhalla, the Town of New Castle is offering a shuttle-bus service that will run from Chappaqua's train station to Ossining's train station. The town, which announced the service Tuesday afternoon on its Facebook page .
