The Village and Town of Ossining, along with the Village of Briarcliff Manor, will be having a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony - A Salute to America's Heroes, at 7 p.m. Sept. 11. The community is gathering to remember and recognize the sacrifices of those who lost their lives in the tragedy and also our local heroes who risk their lives everyday in the service to others, Ossining officials said.
