New York State Police in Hawthorne charged an Ossining man with driving while intoxicated after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash on the Sprain Brook Parkway on Friday, according to officials. Darren K. Walker, 32, allegedly rear-ended a vehicle on the Sprain Brook Parkway and attempted the flee the scene.
