With more and more people filing tax returns online, less and less post offices in the area are staying open late. Ossining and Yonkers post offices are the only two in Westchester offering extended hours -- to 7 p.m. -- April 15. On the plus side, Bronxville, Tarrytown, Scarsdale, Port Chester, Purchase, Mamaroneck and the Martine Station in White Plains are open until 6 p.m., hopefully giving you enough time for that April 15 postmark.
