Investigators say Neil Prabhu drove north in the southbound lane of Route 9A in Briarcliff Manor, causing a four-vehicle crash. Investigators say 39-year-old Neil Prabhu, of Ossining, entered Route 9A from Route 117 at around 10:30 p.m., driving north in the southbound lane.
