Lauro Inga, 21, of State Street, Ossining, was charged April 12 with Burglary 3rd Degree, a felony; Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, misdemeanors; and Harassment 2nd Degree, a violation, following a domestic dispute at his girlfriend's home.
