The New Westchester Symphony Orchestra will perform at the Ossining Public Library on Sunday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. The concert is part of the library's classical concert series and will include the first movement of Beethoven's 5th Symphony, a Dvorak Slavonic Dance and Opera favorites.
