Ossining's Teatown Receives $10,000 For No Child Left Inside Program

Teatown Lake Reservation, a nonprofit, environmental education organization with a 1,000 acre nature preserve and education center located in the Lower Hudson Valley, has been awarded a $10,000 grant from First Niagara Foundation, the philanthropic arm of First Niagara Bank to support No Child Left Inside. Teatown, long known as a resource for environmental education, serves more than 9,000 children from Westchester schools each year providing them with authentic nature experiences via on site field trips and outreach programs.
