Ossining Chef's Shrimp Recipe Wins Grand Prize in Neighborhood Restaurant Contest

Beylka Krupp of Wobble CafA in Ossining, NY is the Grand Prize Winner in the first annual Neighborhood to Nation Recipe Contest . Celebrity Chef Amanda Freitag made the announcement yesterday at General Mills' headquarters in Minneapolis where the three finalists met and participated in a day of celebration and inspiration.
