Ossining High School senior Juliet Ivanov received first place at the 30th Annual Upstate New York Junior Science and Humanities Symposium on March 12 and 13. She will lead the New York delegation at the 53rd National Junior Science and Humanities Symposium from April 29 to May 2 in Hunt Valley, Md.. Elizabeth Keeley, also an Ossining High School senior, placed second overall in the state competition and secured the second spot in the delegation to the national symposium This is the third consecutive year that an Ossining student has finished in first place at the New York symposium.
