Prominent Ossining Artist Is Charged With Sexual Assault In Vermont

Mark Sadan, a 75-year-old Ossining resident was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault on a minor by police in Vermont. Sadan, a prominent artist, filmmaker and photographer in the village was arrested on Dec. 19 in the state of Florida.
