Paul J. Schaffer, 83, a longtime Cortlandt Manor resident, and recently of Concord, NC, passed away on March 7, 2015. Born in Tarrytown, NY on February 5, 1932, son of the late Nicholas & Julia Schaffer, Paul was a graduate of Ossining HS and Westchester Community College.
