Driver Sentenced In Ossining Lawyer's Death

OSSINING, N.Y. Michelle Sergio, 39, of Nanuet was sentenced for crimes that led to the death of Ossining attorney John Mangialardi. She is to serve an undetermined term of one to three years in prison.
