Man Charged With Bringing Marijuana Into Ossining's Sing Sing Prison

New York State Police charged a man with promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana at Ossining's Sing Sing Prison on Sunday, Nov. 23, officials said. Omar Taylor, 43, of Middletown allegedly attempted to enter the facility in possession of marijuana.
