A Mount Kisco resident has been charged with stealing more than $1.4 million from customers at an Ossining bank where she was the manager. Marla Rodriguez, 48, was charged by the Westchester County District Attorney's Office with 27 felony counts, including grand larceny in the first and second degrees, first-degree identity theft, second-degree forgery, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, four counts of third-degree criminal tax fraud, offering a false instrument for filing, fourth-degree criminal tax fraud, first-degree falsifying business records and first-degree scheme to defraud.
