Westchester voters will make their voices heard on Tuesday, as they head to the polls to elect local, county and state officials, highlighted by a conclusion to the contentious gubernatorial race between County Executive Rob Astorino and Gov. Andrew Cuomo. On Election Day, polls will be open in Westchester County from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., with results expected to start rolling out in the hours after that.
