Minus 15-Degree Wind Chills Possible In Ossining; Advisory In Effect

With dangerously cold air scheduled to arrive in Westchester, the National Weather Service has issued a wind-chill advisory from 7 p.m. Wednesday until 8 a.m. Thursday. Wednesday will be partly sunny with a high between 24 and 26 degrees and a 20-percent chance of snow showers.
