Ossining Declares A Snow Emergency Because Of The Snowstorm

A snow emergency was declared as of 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 26 in the village of Ossining to ensure safe passage along key streets in the village. Additionally, there will be no garbage collection on Tuesday.
