Ossining Schools Superintendent To Be Honored With Friendship Award

Ossining schools Superintendent Raymond Sanchez is being honored with a Friendship Award by The Changing Suburbs Institute, a collaborative initiative of Manhattanville College and the surrounding community. Sanchez is being recognized by the institute, which is in its 10th year, for his "early, consistent support of our goals and programs" and commitment to improving education opportunities for culturally and linguistically diverse students, said Anita Nordal, assistant dean for community outreach at Manhattanville College School of Education.
