The Village of Ossining is pleased to announce the appointment of Abraham Zambrano as Village Manager. Mr. Zambrano, who assumes the role on Wednesday, May 27, will take over for Richard Leins, who served the Village for more than a decade and retired after a six-year tenure in the position.
