OSSINING State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman introduced a new program titled "Grandkids Against The Grandparent Scam." The con which has been around for some time, involves grandparents receiving a phone call from someone purporting to be their grandchild, who is in trouble with the law and in need of money in a hurry.
