The village will be hosting its first-ever Chalk It Up! festival on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Main and Spring streets. It's the first event sponsored by the Village of Ossining Downtown Events Committee, which was established to promote the downtown as a lively, safe and vibrant community.
