The Ossining Library will host a screening of "Brothers of the Black List" as part of its Documentary & Discussion Series at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12. More than 20 years ago, a woman in upstate New York reports an attempted rape by a young black man who cut his hand during the altercation.
